How and where we deliver your finished pieces, the timelines to expect, and how delivery charges are calculated.
We currently deliver only in and around Pune — Pune city, PCMC and surrounding areas (pincodes beginning with 41). We do not ship to other regions of India or internationally at this time.
Production begins after you approve the design drawing and the 70% advance is received. Your order is dispatched only after the remaining 30% balance is cleared.
Each quote shows an estimated delivery window for that specific order. Lead times are counted from the day after design approval and exclude Sundays. Simple 2D cuts are quicker; 3D relief work, larger orders and made-to-order ("on-order") materials take longer. Stated timelines are estimates and may be affected by material supply or events beyond our reasonable control.
A transport charge is added to each order and shown in your quote before you pay. The charge depends on the size of your order (which determines the vehicle required) and the delivery zone within the Pune region.
Every order is packed with corner guards and a full protective wrap. Optional Transit Damage Protection can be added at checkout to cover damage occurring in transit.
Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance of the building at the address you provide. Carrying material to upper floors is your arrangement. Please ensure someone is available at the site contact number to receive the delivery; a failed delivery may incur a re-attempt charge.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours, with photographs, so we can address it under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
